Entering and moving through a building can be very challenging if you are less mobile or are in a wheelchair. We do our best to optimize the access of on our campus buildings and (lecture) rooms.

Elevators and stairs
Of the stairs within Tilburg University (both inside and outside), the top and bottom steps are marked. They are all equipped with at least one handrail. The lifts in Tilburg University buildings are generally small, but just meet the requirements. However, there are exceptions:

Facilities for the hearing impaired
Hearing impaired people can use two systems on campus. In a number of lecture halls, a loop is available. In addition, an FM system is available in the auditorium, among other places. At the entrance door of a hall or cubicle, it is indicated which system is used.
